Blanketing The City Part II – The Biltmore Hotel is created by @qwasen Debra Sparrow – Musqueam (xwməθkwəy’ əm) and Gabriel Hall. Created in 2018, the mural is located on Kingsway and East 12th Avenue. It features beautiful Coast Salish textile patterns that are inspired by represent life above and below the ocean.
