Musqueam Capital Corporation (MCC) is the economic development arm of the Musqueam Indian Band. MCC is responsible for the development of Musqueam’s lands, acts as asset manager for Musqueam’s real estate holdings and facilitates partnerships for numerous business opportunities.
MCC’s mission is to contribute to building a vibrant community in Musqueam through successful economic development endeavours that will reap benefits today and for many years into the future. To generate a profit, but not at the expense of Musqueam’s values.

Meet Joseph Bros, Director of Development at MCC. Joseph has over 25 years of management experience in land development and capital projects. His extensive background includes design and construction of mixed-use communities, industrial and commercial developments, and site servicing. Joseph obtained his BSc in civil engineering from Queen’s University and subsequent MBA from SFU.
At leləm̓, the ancestral landscape will be celebrated through public art. The Art Committee has been purposefully chosen, and Jan Ballard has been selected as the Art Consultant to guide our journey. –
We will soon be announcing the second Public Art Orientation, where we have information on the first Expressions of Interest (EOI). –

Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh joined families to create a historic MST Partnership to develop a total of 160 acres of land within shared territories of the three nations. –
MCC is proud of MST, a partnership which reflects a long tradition of working together, to benefit our people today and for the future generations to come.
