Musqueam Capital Corporation (MCC) is the economic development arm of the Musqueam Indian Band. MCC is responsible for the development of Musqueam’s lands, acts as asset manager for Musqueam’s real estate holdings and facilitates partnerships for numerous business opportunities.
MCC’s mission is to contribute to building a vibrant community in Musqueam through successful economic development endeavours that will reap benefits today and for many years into the future. To generate a profit, but not at the expense of Musqueam’s values.

MST. Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh. A historic partnership between First Nations to form MST Development Corporation and to develop 160 acres of land within shared territories. This includes a joint venture partnership with the Canadian Lands Company, giving MST the opportunity to redevelop the Jericho lands – a 90-acre site on the west side of Vancouver. The site will be developed to create a walkable, socially-diverse and amenity-rich neighbourhood. With a focus on sustainability and culture, people will have the opportunity to live and gather on the remarkable and historic Jericho lands. –

Built in 1929, the University Golf Club (@universitygolf) is a traditional course with long, narrow fairways and towering old growth trees.
